Emirates FA Cup third round draw to take place on Monday

The Magpies, along with the other 19 Premier League teams and 24 Championship sides, enter the competition at that stage and will be ball number 26 in the draw.

United reached the fifth round last term after victories against Bromley and Birmingham City before being beaten by Brighton & Hove Albion via extra-time at St. James' Park.

Eddie Howe's side will find out who they will face when the draw, live on TNT Sports and discovery+, is scheduled to take place at approximately 6.40pm (GMT) and will also be streamed live on the TNT Sports YouTube channel.

Darren Fletcher and Ally McCoist will present the coverage, with the draw being made by Joe Cole and Peter Crouch.

All third round ties are set to take place over the weekend of Saturday, 10th January 2026.
