Atlético Madrid president Enrique Cerezo says Julian Alvarez will stay with the club beyond this season amid Barcelona interest.

According to Sport, Cerezo, who has led Atlético since 2003, said Alvarez is an Atlético player not only for this season but for many more, adding that the club are working tirelessly to recruit the best players.
