Enzo Le Fee signs new Sunderland contract | OneFootball

Sunderland have announced that midfielder Enzo Le Fée has extended his contract with the club until 30 June 2031.

The Frenchman initially joined the Black Cats on loan during the second half of the 2024/25 season before making his move permanent in the summer of 2025. Sunderland signed him from Italian side AS Roma for a fee believed to be around £20 million.

“I am very proud to wear the Sunderland shirt and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together over the next few years,” Le Fée said after putting pen to paper on his new deal.

The 26-year-old was included in France’s initial squad for the opening international break of the new Nations League campaign, although he was ultimately left out of the final squad by new head coach Zinédine Zidane.

Le Fée spent 16 years with French club FC Lorient before moving to Roma for a brief spell in Serie A. He has since established himself as an important player for Sunderland and is enjoying an impressive start to the new campaign.
