Erazo makes MasterChef Celebridades final in Ecuador, to face two influencers | OneFootball

Former Vasco and Flamengo centre-back Erazo has reached the final of MasterChef Celebridades in Ecuador, where he will face two local influencers.

According to Globo.com, his run comes after Máxi López’s appearance on the show in Argentina.

On entering the contest, he quipped that if his cooking matched his ball control, he would be fine. He later urged Ecuadorian fans on social media to tune in for Wednesday’s grand final, speaking of a victorious Frickson.

The programme praised how he had taken discipline, leadership and his Esmeraldas essence into flavourful plates.

His career began at El Nacional in 2006, then Barcelona de Guayaquil in 2012 and 2013 before moving to Brazil. He joined Flamengo in 2014, playing seven matches, then Grêmio in 2015 with 42 appearances and two goals, before a spell at Atlético-MG across 2016 and 2017 totalling 46 games. In early 2018 he played 22 times for Vasco, was signed by the São Januário club for the Libertadores to partner Paulão, and later that year returned to Barcelona de Guayaquil.
