Lazio look to Tijjani Noslin and Boulaye Dia as they host Ludogorets and try to maintain their perfect Europa League record.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 17.45 GMT.
The Biancocelesti are the only team with four wins out of four in the Europa League so far this season and another victory would practically guarantee their place in the Round of 16.
Nuno Tavares and Gaetano Castrovilli are out injured.
Mattia Zaccagni and Alessio Romagnoli are not at 100 per cent, while Taty Castellanos is also among several players rested in natural squad rotation.
Noslin returns after his European ban and is used as a centre-forward, supported by Loum Tchaouna, Dia and veteran Pedro.
There is also a rare start for Samuel Gigot, who scored his first goal for the club in a 3-0 Serie A win over Bologna at the weekend.

Ludogorets have had a very different experience in Europe so far this season, picking up just one point from four games.
Caio Vidal and Rick are both suspended, leaving them without two of their strikers.
So far in the competition, they have been beaten by Slavia Prague, RSC Anderlecht and Athletic Club, earning only a 0-0 draw away to Viktoria Plzen.
