Evelin Bonifácio is back in training with Sereias da Vila after Brazil's Under-20 Women's World Cup campaign.

According to Diario Do Peixe, the attacking midfielder returned after elimination in Poland. She was given a week off because Marcelo Frigerio's squad had a two-week recess during the tournament.

Back with the group, she is preparing for the Paulista F 'play in' in November. October is reserved for training.

Evelin played in every game, starting in the group and scoring two against Tanzania, then coming on at half-time to assist versus Canada and England. She appeared in extra time as Brazil progressed on penalties against the United States in the round of 16, then started the quarter-final defeat by Spain.

She is under contract until the end of 2027. A regular for Brazil's youth teams, she earned senior call-ups under Arthur Elias this year and helped win the Fifa Series.
