Everton were left frustrated earlier this summer in their pursuit of River Plate midfielder Santiago Sosa.
Ole says Sosa was granted an EU passport just days after having a move to Everton blocked due to work permit issues.
Speculation last summer suggested a £13million deal had been agreed with River Plate and it's suggested the Premier League blocked the move when a deal was close.
Since then Sosa is now proving his potential with the 2018 Copa Libertadores champions but gained an EU passport only days after his supposed move to Everton was blocked and suggest the Blues could revisit the idea now work permit issues are seemingly resolved.
