Last Sunday, 28, Corinthians was defeated by Flamengo by 2 x 1, in a comeback, at the Neo Química Arena. The match was marked by the penalty missed by Yuri Alberto, at the beginning of the game, which was easily saved by goalkeeper Rossi after a chip shot by the number 9.

Corinthians' idol and Yuri's former teammate, Fábio Santos, spoke about the conversation he had with the striker. “I spoke to Yuri after the game. Obviously, he is embarrassed, disappointed. He knows it was a wrong decision, he said he practiced this type of shot and the execution was very bad. He is disappointed, he knows about the mistake, he posted about it after the game, and now he is trying to bounce back”

With the comeback, Corinthians suffered its second consecutive defeat in the Brasileirão. Now, they will have to visit Internacional away from home for the 26th round of the competition to climb in the standings and surpass the 29 points earned. In addition, it is a direct confrontation, as Internacional has 28 points.
