Former Orlando Pirates striker Kwame Peprah scored a hatrick as his team, Svay Rieng, thumped Phnom Penh 4-1 in the AFC Challenge League quarterfinals on Thursday.

The Ghanaian forward took his tally to 29 goals with nine assists in 29 matches across all competitions since signing for the Cambodian outfit in July 2025.

Notably, Peprah is in the final three months of his contract with Svay Rieng, having put pen to paper on a deal that runs until May 2026.

Meanwhile, during his time with the Buccaneers, the former Ghana under-23 international scored nine goals and laid a solitary assist in 44 matches in all competitions.

Peprah will be eager to continue his red-hot scoring form ahead of the return leg of the quarterfinal on Thursday, 12 March.
