Former Roma and Inter coach Jose Mourinho has added another curious incident to his litany of touchline antics, booked for using the pitch-side camera to make a Fenerbahce point.
The Special One was fired by Roma in mid-January and resumed his coaching career in Turkey on the bench of Fenerbahce.
His long history of protests against referees in outlandish fashion has seen him pretend to be in handcuffs when Inter had two players sent off, then receive a long ban for shouting abuse at the official in the car park following Roma’s Europa League Final defeat to Sevilla.
Today he put another comical incident on that list, taking a laptop with a still image of the situation he was protesting during the game with Antalyaspor and placing it in front of the camera next to his bench.
The referee was alerted to this by the fourth official and the coach received a yellow card.
