Mohamed Salah, a Liverpool legend, confirmed that he will be leaving the Reds by the end of the season. As one of the most decorated players in Reds and Premier League history, the Egyptian King won’t be short of suitors.
Salah joined Liverpool from AS Roma in 2017. During that time, he became one of the greatest players in Liverpool’s history, helping the club to two Premier League titles, the Champions League, the FIFA Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, the FA Cup, and two League Cups, as well as an FA Community Shield.
It has been confirmed that Salah will be leaving Liverpool as a free agent, and the Reds will not be demanding a transfer fee for him.
This news would open a lot more avenues for the Egyptian king to join some clubs in Europe that would be interested in his services. The right winger will not be short of suitors, considering he just scored 29 goals and assisted 18 in 2024-2025, winning the Golden Boot and the Premier League player of the season award.

Attacking Football can exclusively reveal that Salah held preliminary talks with Juventus.
Nothing is advanced between the Egyptian and Juventus, with the talks described as preliminary. There is no guarantee that these talks could lead to something more right now, but the interest is there from the Italian Club.
However, with the news that he will be leaving as a free agent, a scenario can be seen where he returns back to Italy, joining Juventus on a free transfer, especially if he feels that he is still able to play at the top level.
Salah also does not seem keen on going to the MLS or the Saudi Pro League just yet, and he wants to stay in Europe as of now.
Salah will leave the Premier League as a legend. one of the league’s most decorated players, having won eight trophies, including two Premier League titles and the Champions League in 2019. He is third on the Reds’ all-time leading goalscorers chart, having scored 255 times in 435 appearances, behind only Ian Rush and Roger Hunt.
Salah also won the golden boot four times and holds the record for three PFA Players’ Player of the Year awards.
Would the interest from Juventus develop into something more, and would Salah return to the country where he started to make a name for himself? Will he move to another league? Will he call it a day in Europe and move to the MLS or the Saudi Pro League?
The Egyptian king will surely take his time to make his decision and only the days will tell in what direction he wants to take his career.
