With quite some time left in the summer transfer window, FC Barcelona are finally ramping up their efforts. The club now seems to be seriously considering the targets that they are to target and pursue. However, Barcelona will simultaneously remain mindful of their financial situation.

The club does not exactly have an unlimited budget, but it should have just enough room to get the players that are needed. As of right now, however, Barcelona have only officially signed one player and that is Spanish goalkeeper Joan Garcia.

However, it might not take that much longer for the club to officially announce their second signing of the summer either. That is because as per a very reliable source, their latest arrival has now put pen to paper as well.

According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, 19-year-old Swedish winger Roony Bardghji has now finally signed his contract at Barcelona and the official announcement of his transfer will likely not take much longer to arrive. At long last, the winger’s arrival is now confirmed.

As for the details of the new contract, Romano confirms that it will be valid until June 2029, making it a four year deal for the former FC Copenhagen player. Moreover, Barcelona have paid a transfer fee for him that goes above the €2 million mark.

A natural right-winger, he is a player with a lot of potential and has a good level of experience as well. As of right now, the club seems to have a plan in place for him that involves taking him along with Hansi Flick’s squad for the preseason tour.

However, from a business perspective, that seems to be a bargain deal for the club. After all, his market valuation is seen as being much higher than that already, and the club has also reportedly managed to sign his younger brother as well.
