Fabrizio Romano has confirmed a Liverpool target has agreed a transfer.

Just because there are no official transfer windows open, it doesn't mean teams can't agree deals ahead of time. The only difference is that those moves will only become official when the window is open.

There's always opportunities to agree pre-transfers and secure key targets before the hectic period.
