Matheus Cunha quickly established himself as a key player for Wolverhampton Wanderers, impressing with his ability to play in various attacking roles.
The Brazilian made a seamless transition to the Premier League, excelling as an attacking midfielder, a supporting striker, or even a center-forward.
Cunha’s standout performances caught the attention of top clubs, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Paris Saint-Germain reportedly monitoring his progress, according to Fichajes. Despite his strong form at Wolves, there were reports suggesting the club might be open to selling him for over €70 million.
Arsenal seemed to be leading the race, although Mirror Football noted that Wolves were determined to keep their star unless a substantial offer came in.

In his latest newsletter for Give Me Sport, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano provided the latest regarding Cunha.
“Arsenal for sure, but I’m told there are more clubs calling,” Romano wrote. “I don’t want to mention four or five clubs now, but there will be movement for sure as Cunha is expected to be one of the big names in the final 10 days.”
Recently, Sky Sports’ Kaveh Solhekol reported that Arsenal are keeping an eye on Cunha’s situation at Wolves ahead of a potential move during this transfer window.
