Facundo Medina unveiled as Bayer 04 Leverkusen signing | OneFootball

Facundo Medina has been unveiled by Bayer 04 Leverkusen after joining from Olympique de Marseille. According to SuperDepor.com, the defender has signed a five-year deal to 30 June 2031, with the German club paying €25 million including bonuses.

The Villa Caraza-born River Plate graduate is an Argentina left-back who helped his country finish runners-up at the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico. He started three matches and came on twice. Medina will link up with Exequiel Palacios and Ezequiel 'Equi' Fernández.

He arrived in Leverkusen yesterday and toured the BayArena. His signing was made official on the club's social channels today, where he posed in kit.
