The Hoffenheim fan representatives have compiled the most important information in order to prepare you for TSG Hoffenheim's Bundesliga away at Borussia Dortmund (Sunday at 17:30 CET / Live Ticker at tsg-hoffenheim.de).

Travel and parking

Car parks E1-E3 are reserved for visiting fans. Car park tickets can be purchased in advance: https://dopark.ticket.io/

Address for navigation devices: Remydamm, 44139 Dortmund

The Fan Affairs Department would like to give all travelling TSG supporters the opportunity to walk to the stadium together. For this reason, we ask you to meet next to our TSG buses in the E3 car park two hours before kick-off. It is then planned to walk to the stadium together at the latest 1.5 hours prior to the game (16:00 CET).

Travel

From the north: A1 -> Kreuz Dortmund-Unna -> A44/B1 -> Dortmund

From the east: A2 -> Kreuz Dortmund-Nordost -> B236 -> Schwerte -> B1 -> Dortmund

From the south: A45 -> Kreuz Dortmund-Süd -> B45 -> Dortmund

From the west: A40/B1 -> Dortmund

Buses:

Buses can park at E3, the parking fee is €30.

Minibuses and cars:

Minibuses or vans over 2.8 tons pay €20, while the parking fee for cars is €8.

Wheelchair users:

There are sufficient parking spaces available in the C1 and C2 car parks.

A parking permit is required for car parks C1 and C2. This costs €8 per matchday.

When ordering, proof of a severe disability and a billing address must be provided.

Orders can be placed via Andreas Bauer (andreas.bauer@bvb.de). The parking pass must be ordered at least seven days before the match in question.

Train:

From the main train station, you can travel to the stadium by taking either the regional train to SIGNAL IDUNA PARK station or the underground to the Westfalenhalle/Stadion stop.

Further information

Stadium opening and ticket office:

The stadium will open 150 minutes (15:00 CET) before the game.

There will be no ticket office on site.

Admission and blocks:

Please use the 'Nordost' (north-east) entrance; from there, take the staircase to blocks 55 and 56.

Fan paraphernalia:

The following items are permitted in the away sector for the game in Dortmund:

•             Flags (max pole length 2m, diameter 3cm; length specification also applies to telescopic poles)

•             Double-holders (max pole length 2m, diameter 3cm)

•             Fence flags (provided space is available)

Gastronomy:

Exclusively cash payment.

It is not permitted to bring food and drinks with you.

Alcohol limit and smoking ban:

There is no limit, but BVB's stewards reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who are obviously intoxicated.

Bags and rucksacks:

Bags, shopping bags, textile bags, rucksacks etc. with a larger size than DIN A4 are not permitted.

Backpacks and bags can be stored at the 'Abgabestellen Gast' (Away drop-off points) for €0.50. The drop-off points are open until 30 minutes after the final whistle.

Photo and video cameras:

Cameras with interchangeable lenses, camera tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted.

Other info:

There is a permanent ban on glass bottles in the vicinity of the stadium.

Within the blocks, entrances and exits must be kept clear.

PANAMA:

The PANAMA concept is for everyone at the stadium who feels unsafe, threatened or harassed, encounters discrimination in any form, or has experienced sexual violence, sexism or physical assault.

If assistance is required, you can approach any employee at the stadium and the person affected will get the help they need.
