The Hoffenheim fan representatives have compiled all the important information in order to prepare you for the Bundesliga game away to VfB Stuttgart (Sunday at 19:30 CEST / Live Ticker at tsg-hoffenheim.de).

Travel and parking

Train:

On home matchdays, the ticket entitles the holder to travel on all VVS transport services from seven hours before the match until 5:00 CEST the following day.

From Stuttgart main train station, take the S-Bahn lines 1 (to Neckarpark Mercedes-Benz), 2 or 3 (to Bad Cannstatt station) and – for major events – the U11 light rail line (to Neckar Park Stadion).

Inner city:

Light rail: The U1 line to the Mercedesstraße or Wilhelmsplatz stops, the U11 special line – in the case of major events – to NeckarPark (stadium) and the U13 line to the Wilhelmsplatz stop in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt

Bus: Line 56 to the NeckarPark (stadium) stop

S-Bahn: Take the S1 line directly to NeckarPark (Mercedes-Benz); from there, it is a five-minute walk to the away block. S2 line to Bad Cannstatt station or S3 line to Bad Cannstatt station

From Bad Cannstatt station, walk along Daimlerstraße and Mercedesstraße towards the Mercedes-Benz Arena. Turn left at Benzstraße until you reach the away block. We would like to point out that taking the S-Bahn line 1 to the Neckarpark stop is the more convenient route to the away block.

Satnav address: MHPArena, Mercedesstraße 87, 70372 Stuttgart.

A8 motorway from Munich, Augsburg, Ulm: Wendlingen junction, turn off in the direction of Esslingen/Stuttgart, B10 towards Esslingen/Stuttgart. Then take the B10 towards Bad Cannstatt.

A8 motorway from Karlsruhe / A81 motorway from Singen: Stuttgart motorway junction in the direction of Stuttgart-Zentrum, B14 in the direction of Bad Cannstatt.

A81 motorway from Frankfurt, Heilbronn: Mundelsheim junction, L115 towards Großbottwar/Backnang, B14 towards Backnang/Schorndorf/ Schwäbisch Hall, B14 exit Benzstraße (just before the B10).

B14 from the direction of Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Waiblingen, Backnang: Drive in the direction of Stuttgart to the Bad Cannstatt exit.

Signs with a stadium symbol will guide you from the motorways directly to the MHPArena via the B10 or B14.

Parking spaces:

Buses

Parking facilities for away fan buses are available in Benzstraße. You can get directly to the away entrance from there.

Cars and minibuses

The P7 parking lot is available for cars. The P7 parking lot includes parking spaces for wheelchair users and persons with mobility impairments. The address for your satnav is Martin-Schenk-Weg.

Further information

Stadium opening and ticket office:

The stadium will open 120 minutes (17:30 CET) before kick-off.

There will be no ticket office on location.

Fan paraphernalia

The following materials are allowed in the away block for the game in Stuttgart:

•             50 flags (up to 2m)

•             25 double-holders (up to 2m)

•             Fence flags (provided space is available)

•             7 swivel flags

Blocks:

Standing places: Block 61 A-E, Block 62 A-E

Seats: Block 61 F-H, 62 F-H

Admission:

The entrance to the away block can be reached via the access road from Benzstraße.

Gastronomy:

Cash can be used to pay at the kiosks at the MHPArena. Contactless payment terminals (EC, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) are also available at every kiosk.

The deposit cups can also be returned outside the stadium at the kiosks in the away sector once the match is finished.

Blood alcohol level:

Random alcohol checks will be carried out. Admission will not be granted if the alcohol content exceeds 1.0 per mille.

Bags and rucksacks:

There are a limited number of lockers for bags and rucksacks in front of the away entrance (deposit system). The maximum size of bags and rucksacks that can be brought into the stadium with you is DIN A4 size (297 x 210 x 150 mm, H x W x D).

Photo and video cameras:

Digital cameras can be brought into the MHPArena for personal use. They must not exceed the maximum external dimensions of 15cm.

Miscellaneous:

It is prohibited to both carry and consume cannabis at the MHPArena in accordance with the stadium regulations. The lockers (deposit system) in front of the away entrance can be used to store permitted quantities for personal use.
