As a rule of thumb, we’ll try to steer clear of the most obvious picks, instead focusing mainly on players who could offer great value as differentials.

Kosta Nedeljkovic, RB Leipzig (Defender, 5.29M, 0%)

After making a good impression in midweek’s DFB-Pokal, Nedeljkovic is expected to come in to replace the injured Ridle Baku at right-back against Eintracht Frankfurt. Costing just 5.29 million, he’s a cheap way for Fantasy managers to tap into the defense of in-form Leipzig.

Mathias Ginter, Freiburg (Defender, 5.74M, 3%)

Coming off an impressive 340-point haul against Mainz, Ginter now faces a Heidenheim side that has generally struggled this season. At his price, he’s a solid option this week.

David Raum, RB Leipzig (Defender, 16.13M, 18%)

After inconsistent Fantasy returns earlier in the season, Leipzig’s captain is in great form, having scored 277, 285, and 255 points in his last three games. His return could have been even higher against Gladbach last week if his shot had gone in rather than hitting the post.

Jae-sung Lee, Mainz (Midfielder, 4.72M, 3%)

Will we see a manager bounce for crisis-hit Mainz following the sacking of Bo Henriksen? The Zerofivers host Gladbach, who are missing several key players due to injuries. Lee has recently been deployed out of position as a striker, and even if he doesn’t continue in that role, he looks like excellent value for the price this week.

Ibrahim Maza, Bayer Leverkusen (Midfielder, 5.48M, 3%)

Still only priced at 5.48 million, Maza has grown in importance for Leverkusen as the season has progressed and is one of their most in-form players at the moment. After racking up 323 points in last week’s defeat to Borussia Dortmund, he netted the winner as Leverkusen got their revenge against the Black and Yellows in the DFB-Pokal midweek. With upcoming fixtures against Augsburg and Köln, it’s hard to find better value for money right now.

Said El Mala, FC Köln (Midfielder, 7.28M, 10%)

After scoring and hauling 313 points last week, El Mala looks well-placed to deliver again as Köln host 17th-placed St. Pauli.

Vincenzo Grifo, Freiburg (Midfielder, 8.98M, 6%)

Freiburg’s experienced Fantasy legend returned an impressive 330 points against Mainz last week. After scoring and assisting in the DFB-Pokal win over Darmstadt on Wednesday, he now faces relegation-threatened Heidenheim and will look to continue his fine form.

Karim Adeyemi, Borussia Dortmund (Striker, 8.53M, 5%)

After scoring in three consecutive games, Adeyemi’s streak ended in the DFB-Pokal against Leverkusen on Tuesday. He was heavily involved offensively, but just couldn’t convert. Priced at a reasonable 8.53 million, the German international and Dortmund will look to get back on track at home against Hoffenheim on Sunday.

Yan Diomande, RB Leipzig (Striker, 8.53M, 24%)

One of the Bundesliga’s most hyped players, Diomande has recorded five 200+ point returns in a row as Leipzig host Eintracht Frankfurt.

Patrik Schick, Bayer Leverkusen (9.46M, 9%)

After being rotated out in Leverkusen’s midweek cup game, Schick is expected to return to the starting XI against Augsburg. His 312-point return versus Heidenheim on Matchday 10 proves what he’s capable of, and he’ll look to rediscover that form against an Augsburg side that just sacked Sandro Wagner as head coach.
