Frenkie de Jong is struggling once again this 2025-2026 season at FC Barcelona. He was forced to leave the latest training session abruptly due to injury.
According to reports from media close to Barça, Frenkie de Jong has suffered a hamstring injury, which will sideline him for three to four weeks. This new setback throws a wrench into Hansi Flick's plans.
With Pedri returning to the midfield, it is now De Jong who heads to the treatment room. He could miss up to seven matches across all competitions. It's also likely that he'll be unavailable for the Netherlands during the upcoming international break.
