Following back-to-back losses against Atlético de Madrid in the Copa del Rey and Girona in La Liga, Hansi Flick openly admitted that FC Barcelona is going through a tough spell.

During yesterday's press conference, Hansi Flick insisted that his squad remains united and fully focused. He notably spoke about a heated exchange in the dressing room: “The situation is not easy, but communication is essential. We have been very clear and honest with each other. I ask them questions—it's my way of managing the team. We need leaders in the dressing room, and for that, it’s crucial to speak on equal terms. Then, the decisions are up to me.”

“I want the players to take responsibility, and that’s exactly what they’re doing. It’s true that we need players to take charge on the pitch, which is why I asked them to share their impressions and give their opinions. Taking responsibility is fundamental. We may not have an undisputed leader, but it’s everyone’s duty to improve and support each other. I have complete faith in this group and I’m looking forward to the upcoming matches,”
