The future of Julián Álvarez is already fueling transfer market rumors. While his name has been circulating in recent weeks around FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, a fresh statement from Argentina has reignited the debate over his next club.

On Radio La Red, journalist Hugo Balassone declared:

"My information is that he will play for Barça. There was interest from Arsenal, and his time at Atlético is over. He wants to join a championship-winning club. Julián Álvarez, I can confirm, will play for one of the best clubs in the world. Can you imagine Julian and Lamine Yamal together?"
