TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Signing
FC Cincinnati have signed homegrown goalkeeper Connor Dale, the club announced Thursday.
The 16-year-old US youth international is under contract through the 2028-29 MLS season with options for 2029-30 and 2030-31.
Dale is the second-youngest player to sign a first-team contract in FC Cincinnati history.
"This is an exciting moment for Connor and his family," said general manager Chris Albright. "It is a testament to how he approaches his craft, even at such a young age.
"He’s an elite prospect that has continued to develop in our environment, and we look forward to his continued growth under Paul Rogers and the rest of our goalkeeping staff."
Dale was part of FC Cincinnati’s 2026 preseason roster and made his MLS NEXT Pro debut with FC Cincinnati 2 in June. He has made seven starts for FCC 2 this year.
The goalkeeper also featured heavily in both the 2026 Generation adidas Cup and in this year’s MLS NEXT Playoffs. He was named a 2026 MLS NEXT All-Star.
