FC Porto appoint futsal coach straight from the Primeira Liga

Nuno Silva is the name chosen by FC Porto’s hierarchy to take charge of the club’s first-team futsal side, which will begin operations from next season. The information is being reported by the newspaper A Bola.

The 43-year-old coach spent the last 12 years at Caxinas, a team that competed in the Futsal First Division over the past four seasons. Even so, the northern side could not avoid relegation. Nuno Silva is a prominent figure in the sport and even coached the AF Porto representative team between 2013 and 2014.
