FC Porto have confirmed the loan of Gonçalo Sousa to Kocaelispor until the end of the season. The club said in a statement that the 20-year-old winger moves on a temporary deal.
The agreement includes a fixed loan fee of 150,000 euros and a further 150,000 euros in variables.

Kocaelispor also hold an option to buy set at three million euros.
If that option is exercised, Porto will retain 25 percent of any future resale profit. Sousa had been playing for the B team.
He made 30 II Liga appearances last year, scoring six goals and providing five assists.
