FC Porto internationals step up with first double session of pre-season

Seven FC Porto internationals completed their first double session of pre-season on Thursday.

According to O Jogo, Bednarek, Kiwior, Pietuszewski, Zaidu, Prpic, Pablo Rosario and Froholdt all trained twice.

They had been excused from Tuesday's second session, but have now matched the training rhythm of their team-mates.

Vasco Sousa and Samu continued on modified programmes, and André Miranda remained in treatment with the medical department.

There will be only one training session at Olival tomorrow.
