FC Porto launch Jorge Costa tribute shirt in aid of club foundation

FC Porto launched a tribute shirt to former centre-back Jorge Costa on Wednesday, the day marking one year since his death.

The club said in a statement that the back carries a bespoke design created for the occasion.

It includes elements associated with Costa, from his face to the number two he helped elevate.

The design also references a flag that was at Estádio do Dragão throughout 2025/26 before being taken onto the pitch for national title celebrations.

The shirt is priced at 100 euros, with proceeds going to the FC Porto Foundation.
