FC Porto forward Samu has suffered a serious injury to his right knee and will not play again this season.
According to O Jogo, several team-mates have since posted messages of support.

Borja Sainz shared a heartfelt note that stressed football was secondary and acknowledged how hard the setback is to accept.
He expressed confidence Samu would return, pointing to his work ethic and strong mindset, and promised to push him when needed and stay alongside throughout the process.
Sainz added that the injury does not define Samu, calling it another stage on a path guided by faith, and affirmed the squad’s support.
