FC Porto took part on Tuesday in a mandatory UEFA refereeing workshop.

According to O Jogo, the session was led by Carlos Velasco Carballo.

He is a former FIFA international referee and now an instructor and member of the UEFA Referees' Committee.

During the session, he outlined recent changes to the Laws of the Game issued by the International Football Association Board (IFAB).

The Spaniard previously refereed the Europa League final between FC Porto and Braga.
