FC Porto youth teams top every age group

A successful weekend for FC Porto’s youth teams, who now lead all the final stages of their respective championships. In the under-19s, Sporting’s defeat in the Azores against Santa Clara (2-1), combined with FC Porto’s home thrashing of Leiria (5-0), allowed Porto to take the isolated lead, with 11 points.

In the under-17s, Sporting’s loss to Benfica (0-3) and FC Porto’s victory in Alverca (2-1) left the northern team three points ahead of their Lisbon rivals. In the under-15s, the win consolidated their lead.
