Félix Correia will join Sevilla on a season-long loan after Lille agreed a deal with the Andalusian club.

According to L'Équipe, the move includes a non-obligatory option to buy, with the fee not yet disclosed.

Completion is pending a medical and final paperwork. The 25-year-old Portugal winger, formerly of Manchester City and Juventus, will be joining his eighth club.

Lille signed Correia for seven million euros last summer from Gil Vicente in Portugal’s top flight, seeking stability that has proved elusive. He now departs again on loan.

He scored five goals in 50 appearances for Lille and is under contract until 2029. A section of the Stade Pierre-Mauroy crowd turned on him last season, frustrated by his erratic finishing. He had planned to stay in the North this season but changed his mind in recent days.
