Milan Škriniar (30) is currently training with Paris Saint-Germain’s youth side, having returned to the French capital following a spell on loan at Fenerbahçe. The Slovakia international does not have a future at PSG, and that has been made clear by the decision to make him train away from the first team.

However, the former Inter Milan centre-back enjoyed something of a revival while on loan in Turkey during the second half of last season. L’Équipe understands that Škriniar is now set to return to the Turkish top-flight and rejoin Fenerbahçe, this time on a permanent deal.

As per L’Équipe’s report, the Slovakia international is the subject of talks between PSG and Fenerbahçe. Those talks are expected to give rise to an agreement. An agreement is indeed close with PSG set to receive around €10m for the defender. Les Parisiens believe that a deal for Škriniar can be wrapped up by the end of the week.
