Ferran Jutgla was pleased to be compared to Romelu Lukaku by his manager and says he tries to emulate the Belgian in some areas.
Jutgla has made a strong start to life at Club Brugge, getting seven goals and four assists in his first 13 matches for the Pro League champions.
After scoring in the team’s 3-0 win over KV Mechelen at the weekend, the Spaniard was compared by his manager to Romelu Lukaku, and being a fan of the Belgian, was pleased by that, especially as he actively tries to learn from the Inter man and emulate him.
“Nice to hear. I am impressed with Lukaku, and I try to follow all the great strikers in the world and learn from them, including Lukaku,” he said.
“As far as he’s concerned, I mainly watch how he shields the ball, and how he dominates in the spaces: that’s impressive.”
