The tournament will run from 27 to 31 January 2027 in Miami, at the Nu Stadium, home of MLS side Inter Miami.

The winners reach the final and the losers contest third place, all at the Nu Stadium. In the inaugural edition, Arsenal beat Corinthians 3-2 in the final and Gotham FC finished third after a semi-final exit.
