According to Nice-Matin, Filipe Luis remains AS Monaco’s chosen candidate to lead the team next season, and will join once final details are settled. Supporters had begun to wonder after 10 days without confirmation.

The announcement is not expected to take much longer, but the precise make-up of his staff still needs defining, with vacancies after the departures of Damien Perrinelle, Frédéric De Boever and Abel Lorincz. Administrative formalities also remain.
