Edon Zhegrova could be on his way out of Juventus this summer, with Fiorentina reportedly emerging as a potential destination for the winger.

The Kosovo international, who holds Albanian citizenship, arrived in Turin from Lille last year with high hopes but struggled to make the desired impact in his first season in Italy.

According to La Nazione, via CalcioMercato.it, his departure now looks increasingly likely.

Fiorentina ready to make their move after difficult first year at Juventus for Zhegrova

The Viola are said to be monitoring the 27-year-old closely and could soon table a first official offer to the Old Lady.

Zhegrova cost the Bianconeri in the region of €15 million and is tied to a contract until 2030 worth €2.5 million net per season, terms that are reportedly well within Fiorentina’s reach.

That financial picture is central to the move’s feasibility, with the report suggesting Fiorentina are prepared to press ahead and test the Bianconeri resolve in the coming days.

For Juventus, offloading a player who failed to settle would represent a chance to reshape their attacking options, while Fiorentina would be gambling on reviving a talent who shone in Ligue 1 before his move to Serie A.
