Fiorentina have already taken the decision to fine Moise Kean after his late arrival for training on Wednesday morning and the club have made it clear that if Como do not match their asking price for the Italy international, then he will be forced to watch on from the sidelines for the foreseeable future.
Kean arrived late for training with Fiorentina on Wednesday and made it clear that he no longer wishes to train with his Viola teammates following a €40m bid from Champions League newcomers Como.

According to updates from Sky Sport Italia, Fiorentina have already decided to fine Kean for his unauthorised late arrival this morning.
Fiorentina have also demanded that Kean reports for individual training on Wednesday afternoon, and if he refuses, he will be fined again. The club will continue to fine the former Juventus striker for each session that he skips.
According to the latest updates, Fiorentina’s stance is that they do not need to sell the 26-year-old this summer, and if Como do not match their request of at least €45m, then Kean will stay where he is. If that does turn out to be the case and the Italy international still refuses to train, he will be forced to sit on the sidelines for the foreseeable future.
Additionally, Fiorentina still want to line up a suitable replacement first before allowing the Italy international to leave, even if Como match the club’s €45m request.
