First reported Copa del Rey final ticket fraud prompts Ertzaintza alert

A complaint over counterfeit Copa del Rey final tickets has triggered an Ertzaintza alert.

According to Diario Vasco, the case was reported by a supporter in Euskadi.

The affected buyer acquired several seats on a resale website, and after making the transfer was sent invalid tickets.

He had believed he would be the first fan in Euskadi to have tickets for the final on 18 April.

This is the first known complaint in Euskadi linked to fake tickets for the fixture.
