First successful trial for Chivas Women's Team ahead of AP25 | OneFootball

Chivas Women's team is beginning to put all their preseason work into practice, and on Sunday morning they held a joint training session with Halcones, winning 9-0.

This exercise allowed Antonio Contreras' team to put into practice the ideas and proposals they are working on ahead of the 2025 Apertura, while also giving playing time to each of the players who are working hard at Isla Navidad.

There were two 45-minute halves, with good vibes for Guadalajara, especially due to the understanding between its players. The collective play, both defensively and offensively, was one of the highlights for Chivas Femenil, which knew how to adjust to capitalize on all the opportunities that were generated up front.

Chiverío will continue working in Colima to prepare for their second joint preseason training session against Chivas Sub 19 on Wednesday, July 2.

The goals

- In the 12th minute, Guadalajara triangulated at the edge of the area until finding 'Montse' Hernández on the left, who sent the ball into the far post with her left foot.

- In the 46th minute, the second Rojiblanco goal also came from the left side, this time with a shot to the far post by 'Viri' Salazar.

- In the 52nd minute, 'Caro' Jaramillo scored the third goal after a breakaway by 'Boyi' Iturbide.

- In the 53rd minute, Amalia López received the ball at the edge of the area, dribbled past two defenders, and sent a powerful right-footed shot into the net for the Rebaño's fourth goal.

- In the 63rd minute, a half-turn by 'Boyi' inside the area shook the Halcones' net for the fifth time.

- In the 65th minute, 'Viri' scored her second goal with a shot inside the area.

- In the 75th minute, a quick Rojiblanca recovery ended in a hat trick for 'Viri', who took advantage of a subtle touch from 'Comandante' inside the area to fire past the goalkeeper.

- In the 81st minute, Rebaño combined on the right, looking for a low cross into the penalty area where Yessenia Guzmán appeared to push it in after a great screen by Boyi.

- In the 89th minute, the 'Goal Doctor' made the move and headed in a cross from the right to pierce the opponent's net once again.
