With the Premier League season drawing to a close this month, the attention will quickly turn to not only the World Cup, but who clubs are looking to bring in during the summer window, and also who they are also looking to sell.
Here’s five of the biggest potential deals involving Premier League clubs to look out for this summer…
Anthony Gordon to Bayern Munich?
A surprising one, perhaps, but reports that the German giants are interested in the Newcastle winger are quickly gathering pace.
Bayern are said to have opened talks with Newcastle over a move for the 25-year-old, who has 17 goals in all competitions this season.
Newcastle would no doubt demand a hefty fee for the Englishman, likely around the £70m mark, though that could prove to be a very good deal if Gordon ends up delivering on the enormous potential he possesses. Football can, at times, feel a lot like an online casino; executing well thought through strategies can help, but there is always an element of luck involved – especially when it comes to signing new players. But not signing the player in question creates a zero outcome – no benefit at all. Just like football clubs signing new players, online casino’s go to great lengths to offer signing on bonuses for new players, so it’s always a good idea to investigate the best offers available – like this playojo no deposit bonus – before making a commitment.
Elliot Anderson to leave Nottingham Forest?
One of the big names to watch out for this summer will almost certainly be the Nottingham Forest midfielder, who has quickly established himself as one of the best in his position in the Premier League.
Having broken into the England team and helped Nottingham Forest to a Europa League semi-final, his stock is continuing to rise. Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal are all said to be interested in the 23-year-old and his all-round skillset.
What does Jack Grealish’s future hold?
The Manchester City attacker has spent this season on loan at Everton, where he impressed during the early stages of the season before suffering a serious injury which ruled him out for the remainder of the campaign.
City boss Pep Guardiola said recently that he remains unsure of the future of the 30-year-old, who cost the club around £100m. Everton would surely be keen to re-sign him but would likely face stiff competition.
Will Alisson leave Liverpool?
The Brazilian goalkeeper has been an integral part of the recent success Liverpool have had, but with injuries continuing to trouble the shot-stopper and Juventus reportedly very keen, could Arne Slot and the club be persuaded to part ways with another long-standing servant?
This summer will already be another of significant change at the club, with Mo Salah and Andy Robertson both set to depart.
Junior Kroupi on the move?
One of the surprise standouts of the Premier League this season has undoubtedly been Bournemouth attacker Junior Kroupi, who has scored 12 goals for the Cherries this season.
The 19-year-old is reportedly attracting interest from Europe and other Premier League sides too and could be another success story to come out of the south coast club.
