Flamengo consider two possible return dates for Bruno Henrique | OneFootball

Flamengo are working towards Bruno Henrique returning either against Red Bull Bragantino on two April or Santos on five April, according to Coluna Do Fla.

The forward has not played since the second leg of the Recopa Sudamericana against Lanús on 26 February. He has yet to feature under head coach Leonardo Jardim.

He has missed six matches with pubalgia, a condition causing pain in the pubis and groin that is common among footballers. His contract runs until December.

Bruno Henrique is not currently training with the squad, and the plan is for him to be reintegrated during the FIFA international window.

The squad will reconvene on Wednesday 25 for a 16:00 session at Ninho do Urubu, having been given time off on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24.

The Red Bull Bragantino game is part of the ninth round of the Brasileirão at Estádio Municipal Cicero De Souza Marques, with kick-off at 21:30 Brasília time.
