Fresh from sealing a Libertadores semi-final place, Flamengo face Bragantino on Sunday at 18:30 Brasília time in round 28, with Leonardo Jardim set to reshuffle.

According to Globo.com, Pulgar, Lucas Paquetá and Samuel Lino are suspended after picking up their third yellow cards against Corinthians in the previous round.

Saúl, who came on after Jorginho was sent off against Independiente del Valle, is in pole position to start in midfield. De la Cruz is another option. On the left, Bruno Henrique could begin, while Carrascal, Luiz Araújo or Plata are alternatives.

The squad returned to the Ninho do Urubu on Friday, with starters doing recovery work and reserves training on the pitch. Jardim will use Saturday’s full session to finalise his line-up. The only medical absentee is Evertton Araújo, sidelined with a grade 3 injury, with a return planned only for November.

Flamengo lead the Brasileirão by one point over Palmeiras. After this match, they have a 17-day pause for the FIFA dates, returning on 8 October away to Santos.
