Flamengo loan watch, injuries, contracts and possible returns through 2027 | OneFootball

Flamengo have six players out on loan. Two are not set to come back at year end, the rest could bolster next season and some may target 2027.

According to Globo.com, forward Carlinhos is at Athletic, Minas Gerais until November, and his Flamengo contract ends in December. He was Tite’s preferred deputy to Pedro ahead of Gabigol, then lost out under Filipe Luís.

Signed for R$ 3.2 million after the 2024 Carioca, he spent 2025 at Vitória and started this year at Remo. For Athletic he has eight games, two goals and one assist, and has not played since facial fractures against Juventude in September.

Caio Garcia, now beyond under-20 age, joined Botafogo-PB for Série C in June last year. His Flamengo contract ends this year. He won Brasileiro, Libertadores and World titles at under-20 level, scoring against Olympiacos, and has seven outings this season, one start.

Matias Viña’s situation remains open. Loaned to Cruzeiro on deadline day after being out of River Plate’s plans, he is under contract at Flamengo to December 2028 and his loan runs to December. He was unused against Vitória, and the option to buy is US$ 4.5 million.

Midfielder Pedro Henrique, 18, was bought in April for R$ 3.04 million, a record sale for Paysandu, but stays there on loan until the end of Série C in October. His Flamengo deal runs to December 2029. He has 34 games this season, 32 starts, with two goals and two assists.

Allan is due to return in December. He is on loan at Corinthians, who hold a €2 million option, and is contracted to Flamengo to 2027. He played once for Flamengo in 2026, on 25 January against Fluminense, and for Corinthians has 35 games, 22 starts and one assist, starting eight of his last 10.

The only loanee not tied to December is Gusttavo, 20, at Estoril Praia under-23 until June 2027, with a Flamengo deal to mid 2028. He debuted on the 22nd, had been a Flamengo under-20 regular, and featured twice in this year’s Carioca with the senior alternative side.
