Flamengo beat Remo 1-0 in Brasileirão 2026, round 26 at Mangueirão, with Lino deciding it from an Arrascaeta pass.
According to Globo.com, Lino topped the ratings with 8.0, while Rossi and Ayrton Lucas earned 7.0 for standout displays.
Early on, Ayrton Lucas slipped in the box and was rescued by Léo Ortiz, then Emerson Royal and Ortiz lost Taliari for a clear header that Rossi saved. The keeper produced other good stops and logged a third straight clean sheet. Ortiz later outpaced Jajá on a break.
Ayrton Lucas excelled both ways, reeling in Pikachu on a Remo break and sliding to cut out a dangerous cross. In attack he created fine chances for Pedro and Lucas Paquetá. Paquetá was combative, distributed well and hit the side-netting, but stalled a counter by dwelling on the ball.
Lino constantly threatened, struck the post and forced a low save, then toe-poked the winner from Arrascaeta’s pass. He also left Patrick on the turf with a fine dribble.
Pedro led the shot count with five, missed from point-blank range as Marcelo Rangel produced a stunning save, and saw a firm header kept out. Carrascal mixed bright runs with errors, skewed the game’s first chance wide and was booked for kicking the ball away.
From the bench, Erick Pulgar added bite, Bruno Henrique struggled to link with Pedro, and debutant Joaquín Freitas battled the conditions and Remo’s centre-backs. Saúl and Valencia arrived late and were not rated. Head coach Leonardo Jardim managed energy with his changes and is getting the best from Lino.
