According to Coluna Do Fla, Flamengo have rejected a seven million euros offer from Krasnodar for midfielder Jorge Carrascal, judging the bid too low and closing the door without opening talks.
The 28-year-old joined in August 2025 from Dynamo Moscow, when the Russian club received 12 million euros. He is under contract with the Rio side until 2029.
This season the Colombian has made 35 appearances and scored five goals. He is not an automatic starter under head coach Leonardo Jardim, but features regularly and has been showing improved form.
That uptick was clear in the recent Brasileirão win over Botafogo, when he came on late, scored, and provided an assist in the 3-0 clássico.
Carrascal was in Colombia’s 2026 World Cup squad, although head coach Néstor Lorenzo did not use him during the tournament.
He is available this Wednesday, 02, when Flamengo face Mirassol at the Maracanã. The postponed round four Brasileirão fixture kicks off at 19h30, Brasília time, on Premiere pay-per-view.
