Centre-back Léo Pereira has been a standout at the start of 2026, earning a first Brazil call-up to face France and Croatia in this FIFA window.

Goalkeeper Agustín Rossi impressed again on Sunday 22, producing a late save from Yuri Alberto that stopped Corinthians winning 2-1.

Beyond the pair, Flamengo’s renewal list includes Alex Sandro, Danilo and Bruno Henrique, all contracted until the end of 2026.

Alex Sandro has yet to decide on an extension, with the 35-year-old keen to ease his workload. Danilo is weighing up retirement at the end of the year.

Bruno Henrique is already in talks over fresh terms, a proposed deal running until the end of 2027.

After the FIFA window, Flamengo return on two April to face Red Bull Bragantino at Estádio Cicero de Souza Marques, 21:30 Brasília time, in the ninth round of the Brasileirão.
