Flamengo to present Vitão and Andrew before Vasco clash | OneFootball

Flamengo will present new signings Vitão and Andrew before the derby with Vasco in the Campeonato Carioca on Wednesday, 21.

The club said in a statement that the centre-back and goalkeeper, the first reinforcements of 2026, will be introduced to supporters on the pitch before kick-off.

Vitão joined after a lengthy negotiation with Internacional. Flamengo paid 10 million euros, about R$ 65 million at the current rate, and included the amount Internacional owed relating to the Thiago Maia deal.

Andrew was signed for 1.5 million euros. Flamengo also kept 10% of a future sale as part of his immediate release, and the goalkeeper was at Gil Vicente in Portugal.

The match is at the Maracanã, with kick-off at 21:30 Brasília time, and counts towards the third round of the state championship.
