FC Barcelona are set for a difficult assignment tonight as they take on Atletico Madrid in La Liga, hoping to keep hold of their top spot in the table.
Things are starting to look up for Hansi Flick & co. on the injury front, as the manager now has a team that is close to what he considers his ideal lineup.
After all, Pedri has returned from injury and is ready to start, Raphinha started a game and shone vs Alaves, and Joan Garcia is again excelling in goal.
As reported by Mundo Deportivo, the only major selection dilemma that Flick has heading into the game against Atletico Madrid comes in the centre-forward position as he is undecided between Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres.
The uncertainty between Lewandowski and Ferran arises from the physical intensity required in a match against a team as powerful in that area as Diego Simeone’s Atletico.

Flick did not hide after the painful defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge (3-0) that “it was not a problem exclusive to the defence, the whole team has to press better, especially the forwards”.
Given his age, it is clear that Lewandowski sometimes manages his efforts in that part of the game, knowing as well that accuracy and freshness often go hand in hand.
Ferran, for his part, guarantees constant pressure on the opposing defence, but his finishing accuracy lets the team down at times. However, he has scored against Atletico in each of his last three appearances.
Both players have been among this season and it will be interesting to see who Flick finally decides to go with as the centre-forward that will slot in between Lamine Yamal and Raphinha in attack.
