Florenzi: “I have Roma in my heart.”

Alessandro Florenzi hung up his boots about a year ago.

Recently, the former Giallorossi player gave a long interview to La Stampa, where he also spoke about Roma.

From 2010 to 2020, after a loan spell at Crotone at the start of his career, the 1991-born player wore the Giallorossi jersey, then was loaned to Valencia and PSG, and finally ended his career at AC Milan.

“I have the Giallorossi fans in my heart and I truly hope the best for Roma. I remain a Giallorossi fan,” the former full-back began, speaking of his bond with the fans of the Roman club, his favorite team.

He then spoke about Gasperini: “I like him. The team is playing well and can do well. The goal is clear: to finish in the top four. Roma hasn’t been in the top European leagues for far too long. And then, if something magical happens, who knows!”
