Florian Thauvin wins UNFP Ligue one player of the month for November

Florian Thauvin has been named UNFP Ligue one player of the month for November, his second award of the season. According to L'Équipe, the RC Lens forward was announced by the UNFP on Sunday.

He previously won the September prize, and now succeeds Mason Greenwood, the October recipient.

Thauvin’s case was enhanced by a superb brace in Lens’s 2-1 victory over Angers on 30 November.

Across November he delivered two goals and two assists. He is the key figure in the side led by Pierre Sage.

Thauvin finished ahead of Mason Greenwood of Marseille and Valentin Rongier of Rennes.
