RB Leipzig v Wolfsburg Sunday 15th February, 16:30 Bundesliga
I can see plenty of tension at times in this encounter as there is a lot on the line for both sides. Leipzig are having a decent season after a really poor campaign last year, which led to the sacking of Marco Rose and the Leipzig project restarting with Ole Werner.Werner has done well with the squad he has, and Leipzig are on course to finish in a European spot - something they failed to do last season. However, they are being closely pursued by Stuttgart and Leverkusen - as well as risking a substantial gap to Hoffenheim in 3rd if they were to end up on the wrong side of the result.
Leipzig have generally been pretty impressive at home in the Bundesliga this season, winning seven of their 10 matches and netting 23 goals across those games. Wolfsburg don't have an abysmal away record, but what is clear is that they struggle to grind out results on the road. Wolfsburg have only drawn one of their 10 away games in the Bundesliga this season, losing seven of those matches.
Furthermore, Leipzig won the most recent head-to-head clash between the sides - marking the third consecutive win that Leipzig have had over Wolfsburg over their recent head-to-heads. Wolfsburg have lost their last three matches coming into this clash, so confidence will be low in the away camp, and I expect Leipzig to take advantage of that low mood.
Augsburg v Heidenheim Sunday 15th February, 14:30 Bundesliga
This is a real six-pointer at the bottom of the Bundesliga. Heidenheim have struggled all season in the German top-flight, winning just three of their 21 matches and now risk being marooned at the bottom of the table, with there already being six points between themselves and safety.
Heidenheim could drag Augsburg into the relegation scrap with a positive result here, but it's hard to see how that materialises given that Heidenheim have only won one of their 10 matches on the road this term, losing eight of those games. They've conceded 23 goals across these matches (2.3 per game), which is the 2nd-worst defensive away record in the Bundesliga behind Frankfurt.
15 of Augsburg's 22 points in the Bundesliga this season have been earned at home, so they are definitely a more convincing side when they line up in front of their own fans. They've avoided defeat in seven of their 11 home matches, and beat Heidenheim in this fixture last season - running out 2-1 winners in that clash.
Kilmarnock v Celtic Sunday 15th February, 14:00 Scottish Premiership
Sunday is a huge day in the Scottish Premiership with all three title rivals in action, and two of them facing off after Celtic have played here. Celtic have a game in hand on both Rangers and Hearts, which could prove key to the race for supremacy in Scotland - and they could temporarily move above Rangers and to within three points of Hearts with victory in this clash.
Celtic ran out 4-0 winners in the most recent meeting between the sides, and have won each of the last seven head-to-head meetings. Kilmarnock haven't been able to make the BSSP Stadium a fortress this season, with only three wins from their 13 league matches, losing seven of those games and conceding 22 goals in the process. Only Livingston have picked up fewer points at home (seven) and conceded more at home (25) than Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership this season.
Celtic have the quality and the experience to navigate this game successfully; they'll be well aware of the context that surrounds this game, with Rangers and Hearts also set to keep a keen eye on proceedings ahead of what is the biggest day in the Scottish Premiership to date so far this season.
Feyenoord v Go Ahead Eagles Sunday 15th February, 11:15 Eredivisie
Feyenoord sit 2nd in the Eredivisie, but it still feels like they've underperformed a little this term in a league that has been dominated, once again, by PSV - who sit 17 points clear of the Dutch top-flight at the time of writing. Feyenoord still have a Champions League spot to secure, with the surprise package of Nijmegen breathing down their necks over recent weeks leading to just a one-point gap between the sides.
Go Ahead Eagles started the season quite well, many may remember their win over Aston Villa in the early stages of the Europa League, but things haven't quite pushed on since that promising start, with Go Ahead Eagles slowly drifting down the Eredivisie. The away side here have failed to win any of their last five matches across all competitions, and have only managed to win one of their 11 away matches in the Eredivisie this term.
Feyenoord have a pretty convincing home record with seven wins from their 11 matches in front of their supporters. They've scored 29 goals across those games, which is a scoring power that I think will be difficult for the away side to live with - leading to an important win for Robin van Persie's side as they look to secure Champions League football for next season.
